Use a cheap ($100) Shoe Patcher
I used this same machine to build 6 full pairs of sneakers and we use it daily to repair shoes. This machine is a must for anyone who wants to make partial reconstructions or repair handbags as well. Don't sleep on this machine because its cheap, its a beast!
You can also use an inexpensive Post Bed Industrial Machine ($1300)
This machine is great for accuracy, speed and consistency! Most commonly used in the shoe industry but also to install patches on hats, hoodies and more!
